This Olympia Deluxe Manual Portable SM9 #4718177 has been chemically cleaned, lubricated, and adjusted to function as is was when new. Made in western Germany. Date range to be within the 1974 production. New ribbon installed. Carrying Case in excellent condition. An all metal mechanism still works extremely well. No electricity. No Batteries. The Font or type is a Standard Pica 10 pitch, very east to read, which is very close to the IBM Prestige Pica used by hundreds of large corporations in the USA. It would make a nice addition to a collection or just as a display piece for your office, home, or store. You might also use it to type your next manuscript or novel. They say several famous authors used an Olympia Typewriter. Take a look at the pictures and judge for your self
