In pristine condition with no major flaws to note, has been minimally sat on, only some light scuffs on the feet that is not noticeable unless ou're looking for it.
Structurally sound, no sagging in the seats
Couch itself splits essentially in half and clips in right at the L part of the chaise (pictured)
All cushions and seats are fixed to stay in place/not move, no more adjusting/fluffing your sectional!
Soft butter yellow in color
100% leather and solid wood base
Only selling because we encountered a major hiccup in our renovation and do not want to store until that issue is resolved and now need the floor space to continue. Has been relocated to a trainer for safe keeping.
Please be aware, this is a large piece, you will likely have to rent a trailer/u-haul of some sort for pick up (if you live close, home depot is your cheapest bet approx $20 for 90min)
You will also need to bring strong help to assist you with loading (I'm listing this on behalf of my parents who won't be of much brawn/muscle).
