Hi, I'm looking for either a private landlord, or a rental LLC willing to work with me due to my credit and a prior eviction from 4 years ago during Covid. I'd rather not go into detail about it here but I'd be happy to explain the situation privately. I'm 35F, no pets, don't smoke, and I have a 14 year old daughter who spends time fairly equally between my home and her dad's home
I actually work in utilities, so ironically enough I work with landlords all day every day in managing their utilities and LL agreements for a multitude of properties lol. That said I do have a steady job, a little over 40k/year with plenty of opportunities for bonus pay and overtime. I would love something in the $750-$1,000 range that has washer/dryer hookups, 2+ bedrooms, and located in either Rock Island or Milan
If you're willing to work with me, I do have a cosigner with perfect credit, owns his home and vehicles. I'd be willing to pay quite a few months upfront, a larger deposit, anything that helps you feel comfortable renting to me, please let me know - Thanks!
