We are two responsible adult men seeking a rental home, apartment, duplex, or mobile home in the Quad Cities area, including Rock Island, Moline, East Moline, Milan, Coal Valley, Silvis, and surrounding communities.
We have stable income, strong work histories, and can provide employment references, personal references, and proof of income. One of us previously owned a home and understands the importance of maintaining a property and being a dependable resident.
We also have one small, well-behaved Chihuahua weighing approximately 5 pounds. The dog is house-trained and can meet any reasonable pet requirements.
We understand that some landlords conduct background checks. One of us has a felony conviction from 2021 but has remained compliant with all requirements, continues to focus on personal growth, and is committed to being a reliable, respectful tenant. We hope to find a landlord who is willing to consider our current stability, character, and ability to meet our obligations.
Our budget is up to $1,000 per month, though we may be flexible for the right opportunity. We are looking for a clean, safe place to call home and hope to establish a positive long-term rental relationship.
