NOTE: I'm working on renovating the house so it's a bit of a mess. You have to be okay with living in a house that's kind of a construction zone.
Details:
1. Credit/background check.
2. Rent includes gas, electric & water utilities (window A/C unit).
3. Good sized bedroom (15' x 13.5').
4. Room has several windows providing nice outside light.
5. Private bathroom.
6. Looking for just one person.
7. Washer/dryer is available.
8. Easy walking distance to downtown.
9. Easy street parking in front.
10. Might be willing to share wi-fi for internet.
11. No pets.
12. House is being worked on, so you have to be okay with living in the middle of the renovation project.
I'm looking for someone who is okay with:
1. Being relatively clean (meaning someone who doesn't leave dirty dishes in the sink, etc.). If you fill up the trash, be kind enough to take it out, etc.
2: No smoking inside the house.
3. Please keep guests to a minimum. I don't have people over very often and I'm not looking for a housemate who does.
4. Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
5. Would prefer someone who would stick around at least for several months.
6. It's a good arrangement for someone who is looking to share the cost of housing. Looking for someone who is quiet and respectful of other peoples' space.
