This room is available about November 20th. Smoke free, drug free modern home in Geneseo, IL. I am Covid19 vaccinated, and have a covid card. I get a flu shot every fall. You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom. There will be no other renters in our home. You will not sign a renters lease. Please give at least 30 days notice if you find other housing. Month to month rent for a responsible, trustworthy person is $530 per month, which includes utilities, internet, TV, a cleaning lady once a month, and driveway snow removal. There is a $300 deposit please when you move in. The deposit will be returned to you when you leave as long as you have not damaged my property in any way.

The kitchen is fully stocked and has silverware, toaster, utensils, crockpots, dishes, pots and pans, blender, microwave, coffee maker, etc. You will have full use of the kitchen, and washer/dryer. Parking for you will be on the driveway. Sorry, there is no room here for any of your furniture, boxes of personal stuff, etc., other than your clothes, computer, bedroom supplies, toiletries, and basic day to day needs, etc.

Both male and female renters have lived here in the past. You will be provided references from both the male or female renters. Please provide references from former/current employers/friends. Please bring no pets of your own, there is a low key, litter box trained cat here at home.

Single male, straight, 6 years US Army retired, graduated from Eureka College, Eureka, IL., masters plus 32 hours, retired from Geneseo School District after teaching 7th grade science/coaching. Retirement means spending time with family, friends, and community service, reading, travel...and anything outdoors including boating, fishing, camping, and hiking.

Very clean modern home, 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, one bedroom is already furnished for you with a double bed, huge 55 inch TV, ceiling fan, 1 huge dresser, 1 night stand, and large 2 door closet. You will need to provide you own towels and bedding. Home has a large family room with fireplace, formal dining room, breakfast table, patio, firepit, and 4 seasons room. Sorry, there is no room for your bed, mattress, furniture, or large boxes of your stuff, etc.

Geneseo is an upscale, family oriented community about 15 minutes east of the Quad cities area (Rock Island, Moline, East Moline, IL., and Bettendorf, Davenport, IA.). Geneseo has stores for all your needs...Farm and Fleet, FareWay Meat and Grocery, Walmart, Walgreens, McDonalds, Hardees, etc.
