Expected salary range for Senior M&T Instructor of $121,500 to $135,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package th includes bonus and 401(k).

Expected salary range for M&T Instructor of $105,300 to $117,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package th includes bonus and 401(k). 

Primary Purpose of Position

Demonstres mastery of skills and extensive subject mter knowledge in carrying out assignments associed with the analysis, design, development, implemention, evaluion, and proposed modificion of plant specific maintenance and technical training programs (Chemistry, Engineering, Maintenance: Electrical, Instrumention, and Mechanical, and Radiion Protection).

Primary Duties and Accountabilities

• Drives the clean energy center (CEC) and personnel performance improvement through the use of training. Develops, schedules, coordines, and conducts performance-based maintenance or technical training programs as required by user community in accordance with Constellion's systemic approach to training model, department procedures, and with proper applicion of the analysis, design, development, implemention, and evaluion phases.
• Prepares trainee examinion and conducts trainee evaluions for classroom, laborory, OJT, and simulor environments, as approprie and conducts counseling sessions for trainees, evalues the results, and recommends/develops individualized training programs.
• Participes in CEC support activities, i.e. outage support, root cause support, line assessment support.
• Assures the training programs are maintained current and incorpore informion gained from Institute of Nuclear Power Operions (INPO) Significant Opering Experience Reports and Constellion Nuclear Event Reports (NERs), Nuclear Regulory Commission (NRC) Bulletins and Informion Notices, CEC design change and backfit informion, CEC procedure changes and revisions, new regulions, and training effectiveness reports.
• Support CEC and fleet in the areas of business initiives, project management, refuel outage support, emergency preparedness duties, and special projects.
• Supervises the collection and maintenance of auditable training records and reports required to document training program activities.
• Participes in NRC, INPO and management audits, and prepares responses to audit findings.
• Maintains knowledge of plant operions, disciplinary skills and techniques, commensure with the responsibility to develop and conduct effective, high-quality training.
• Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.

Minimum Qualificions - Senior M&T Instructor

• High school diploma/GED with 5 years of nuclear technical background or 7 years of reled (applicable discipline instruction) experience OR
• Associe's degree in technical discipline (e.g. chemistry, electrical, engineering, instrumention, mhemics, mechanical, radiion protection), educion or training with 3 years of nuclear technical background or 5 years of reled (applicable discipline instruction) experience OR
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g. chemistry, engineering, health physics, mhemics, physics), educion or training with 3 years of reled (applicable discipline instruction) experience
• 2 years of training or educion experience
• The requirements as outlined above meet or exceed ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 (4.4.3) Standard, "Selection, Qualificion, and Training of Personnel for Nuclear Power Plants"
• Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examinion and/or testing in accordance with position duties

Minimum Qualificions - M&T Instructor

• High school diploma/GED with 3 years of nuclear technical discipline experience or 5 years of reled (applicable discipline instruction) experience OR
• Associe&rsquos/Bachelor&rsquos degree in a technical discipline (e.g. chemistry, engineering, health physics, mhemics, physics), educion or training with 2 years of reled technical discipline experience or 4 years of reled (applicable discipline instruction) experience
• The requirements as outlined above meet or exceed ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 (4.5.4) Standard, "Selection, Qualificion, and Training of Personnel for Nuclear Power Plants"
• Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examinion and/or testing in accordance with position duties
