Shared common areas include 2 kitchens (1 in basement with new appliances), 2 bathrooms (1 on each level), 2 livingrooms (1 on each level), walkout basement, fenced in yard and patio, on site parking, park like yard and fireplace. Security cameras throughout property for piece of mind. On site laundry that we can work out some terms. 700/month firm (due by 1st of every month) as well as a refundable damage deposit with first rent payment. I am a non-smoker and very allergic to the smoke so any kind of smoker won't work (even if you do so outdoors). If you're a heavy drinker that won't work either (too many bad past experiences). Must be okay with very friendly dogs, submit to a background check, job verification, personal references and able to make a damage deposit.
