Looking to help with bills in tough times so I am accepting inquiries for a roommate (not business). I have a newer bedroom in my basement with private entrance, egress and parking. Use of all common areas. Internet and utilities included as well as free use of washer and dryer. Basement includes a kitchen, bathroom, tv room, and laundry. Partially fenced in yard and shared patio, on site parking, park like yard and fireplace. Security cameras throughout property. 775/month (due by 1st of every month) as well as a damage deposit. Single, straight male (50's) as your roommate. Former radio announcer and athlete.Very down to earth, great sense of humor, clean, ns and honest. Love sports and grilling out. My beliefs and character do not align with MAGNA so something to be aware of when looking for a personality compatible. Looking for an individual that is single, clean and good hygeine and that will be okay with friendly rescued dogs.
I am a non-smoker and very allergic to the smoke so any kind of smoker won't work. No heavy drinkers. If you have any interest, please tell me your background.
