Dream Builders Construction is looking to add 1 to 2 dependable construction helpers/remodelers to our team.

We primarily handle renovation and remodeling work throughout the Quad Cities. Current projects include apartment renovations, but we also work on commercial properties and residential remodeling.

Pay: $18 to $23 per hour, based on experience.

Typical Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Some Saturdays may be available depending on the workload.

Typical work includes:

* LVP flooring installation
* Drywall repair and patching
* Interior painting
* Baseboards and trim
* Light fixture and ceiling fan installation
* Basic plumbing and electrical
* General remodeling and maintenance
* Job site cleanup

Requirements:

* Basic construction or remodeling experience required
* Reliable transportation
* Good attitude and dependable
* Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
* Must show up on time and be ready to work
