Wh We Need:

We are looking for Machine Operors to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings - Operions team on 2nd shift. In this role, you will set up, opere, and troubleshoot computer-controlled machinery to produce high-quality parts th support our manufacturing operions.

We have Technical and Advanced levels available. During the screening process we will determine wh level of role and locion you will best qualify for based on your experience. 

Wh You Will Do:

Wh You Have:

• HNI experience, skilled technical or manufacturing experience is required.
• Consistent work history and dependability
• Proven history of strong work performance
• Knowledge of CNC programming preferred, but not required.

Wh You’re Good At:

• Problem solving skills th deal with a variety of variables reled to machine operion set up and proper machine cycles.
• Ability to read, understand, and execute to standard work
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently as needed
• Demonstre flexibility and adaptability, while maintaining a positive titude and approach
• Ability to perform high volume repetitive type work
• Reading and interpreting basic production schedules/logs, blue prints and schemics
• Ability to take direction, as well as, direct or delege to others
