You pay for the ultralight, aluminum frame. If you know your stuff, I'm preachin to the choir. I pulled it exclusively with a 4.3L V6 1993 Chevy longbed. But I'd suggest a V8, of course.
No leaks. Everything works. Extremely good condition, wonderful trailer/camper (2016 vintage).
I live in these between demo/reno of houses. This one I lived in here in northwest Illinois from early March (snow) through June (AC used daily) of 2025. Selling merely to upgrade thanks to a bigger truck coming into my life for surviving cancer.
This is my favorite-ever of many travel trailers/campers owned. This is exactly what I'd buy again for a similar need, or if I lived in a milder climate for comfort in Jan-Feb. I do NOT recommend this for Upper Midwest deep wintertime.

Before my March 2025 purchase, the *fully electric* awning was replaced owing to storm damage; So it's relatively new as well. New, tall sink faucet just before my time also. Great tires including full-size spare. More closets and storage compartments (including 3, locking exterior) than I could fill. Great floors! Lovely cabinets. Higher end model of its series. The swivel TV and entertainment system with indoor/outdoor speakers is pretty darn cool.
LP heat, LP/electric fridge. Hot shower. Cold AC. Camper storage cover included. I'll give you one of my two LP tanks, so bring one. All original manuals included. For a 2" ball.
Roof sealant done early October 2025. Water drained and potable antifreeze in, 10.24.25.
Clean IL title in hand. Fully insured even now in winter. IL Bill of Sale to be fully executed by both parties.
No I can't deliver right now, sorry. I'm not in great shape. Cancer recovery, as mentioned.
Located in a nice Atkinson, IL, neighborhood. Tiny town--everyone knows everyone, and watches out for each other.
