Base rate: Starting $26.00 an hour with incentives.
$5.00 additional hourly Night differential pay
Hazmat endorsement $2.00 additional hourly pay (Hazmat endorsement not required - but for additional pay you will need the endorsement)
Start Time 3PM or later
Tanker additional pay based on load
Hazmat and Tanker are not required. (Hazmat and tanker endorsement not required - but for additional pay you will need the endorsement(s).)
Overnights occasionally with layover incentive
6th day incentive paid at time and a half
